Invoices are payable according to the agreed payment terms. Failure to make timely payment may delay testing, reporting, or project completion.

Testing Results

Testing results are based solely on the samples submitted and the agreed testing methodology. Results should not be interpreted as certification of all products manufactured from the same material unless specifically stated.

Clients remain responsible for how testing results are used in product development, regulatory submissions, manufacturing decisions, or commercial activities.

Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of their submitted materials, proprietary data, and confidential project information.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Genuine Testing retains ownership of its testing methodologies, analytical procedures, reports, documentation formats, software, and internal processes.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose proprietary information to third parties without authorization except where required by law.

Separate Non-Disclosure Agreements may be executed upon request.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Genuine Testing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website, testing services, or reports.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
